Alan Abergel, Esq., CEO and Managing Attorney.   Mr. Abergel received his Jurisprudence Doctorate (J.D.) degree from the top tier University of Maryland School of Law, where he concentrated his studies on corporate, real estate, and intellectual property law.  Mr. Abergel received his B.A degree (Mass Communications/Broadcasting major) from Towson University, Maryland and graduated summa cum laude.  Mr. Abergel is also a graduate of Ramat-Gan College, Israel tax advising and accounting program.   After Mr. Abergel completed the tax advising and accounting program in 1996, he engaged in many business ventures in the U.S. and internationally, in which Mr. Abergel was responsible for many aspects of business including,  accounting, taxation, finance, marketing, management, and logistics.   After Mr. Abergel’s graduation from law school and employment in several legal positions, he started a legal practice which concentrated on representing entrepreneurs, start-up companies, major domestic and international companies, real estate & mortgage brokerages, real estate development companies, production companies, importers and exporters, and corporate officers and directors.

Affiliations: State Bar of California, Los Angeles County Bar Association, American Bar Association, Los Angeles Venture Association, California's Centers for International Trade Development, and the California Association of Realtors.

Mr. Abergel is admitted to the State Bar of California and the U.S. District Court Central District of California.
